This Limited Warranty applies ONLY to Bitlumi products, which include to the hardware components, software and required firmware provided by Bitlumi. This Warranty is NOT transferable and applies ONLY to direct customers who purchase product from Bitlumi. Customer shall take full responsibility for files and data stored on our products. Bitlumi will not be responsible for any data loss as a result of repairing or servicing the products.
All Bitlumi devices are covered with ONE (1) year warranty from the date of invoice. In box accessories such as Power Adapter, Wires / Cables, LED Strips are covered with SIX (6) months warranty from the date of invoice. In warranty period Bitlumi will not charge for any labor and parts. Bitlumi will arrange the pickup for the defective product and pay for the delivery of the repaired product. Free pickup is available only for the products sold from our official website. For the products bought from offline shops, customer should contact the corresponding seller.
After the warranty period Bitlumi will repair or replace the defective products; provided, however, that any such repair or replacement is contingent upon the availability of the required components. The customer shall pay the two-way shipping, packing, insurance, repair/replacement service fees and other costs, including necessary labor and parts. All out-of-warranty products returned for repaired or replacement services, the repaired or replacement parts shall be warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the repaired or replacement parts delivery by Bitlumi.
Bitlumi reserves the right to inspect products returned from its customers in order to determine the cause of the problem. Bitlumi shall return defective products that could not be repaired at no-charge, except for shipping costs. This warranty does not cover expendable or consumable parts and product problems related to the following:
⦿ Products damaged during shipping due to insufficient or improper packaging.
⦿ Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.)
⦿ Damage caused by normal wear of parts, scratches, surface rust or deterioration, improper use, improper storage, improper testing, negligent use of improper voltage or current, accidental damage, abnormal or unusual use, use of unauthorized accessories or modules, use contrary to the operating instructions, improper operating temperature/environment, or lack of regular maintenance.
⦿ Product repaired, dismantled, or altered by unauthorized technical personnel.
⦿ Damage caused by computer viruses.
⦿ Removed warranty seals or serial number stickers which void our warranty.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, BITLUMI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES REGARDING THE PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS, ORAL, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, OR AS A RESULT OF USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. BITLUMI HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OTHERWISE ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND ANY OTHER MATERIALS AND SERVICES, AND WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING. BITLUMI WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS RESULTING FROM ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, INTENTIONAL OR AS AN UNINTENTIONAL CONSEQUENCE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. THE REMEDIES STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTE THE CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND BITLUMI'S SOLE LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN.
In no event shall Bitlumi Electronics or its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Bitlumi Electronics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Bitlumi Electronics has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are in the products, including, without limitation, laptops, mobile phones, tablet, mp3 players, dvd players or handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices.
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of Bitlumi Electronics and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product.
Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Bitlumi reserves the right to make adjustments and/or changes to this warranty policy from time to time without notice. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
